The European CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling, Packaging) governs the labelling of hazardous chemicals.
When these substances are transported by road, the display of hazard labels (compliant with ADR and GHS regulatory standards) is strictly mandatory on heavy goods vehicles.
3 formats and 13 types of hazard labels
To ensure full compliance with international legislation, we offer 3 regulatory sizes (measured by the length of the side of the diamond):
- 100 x 100 mm (10 cm per side) – ADHESIVE STICKER version: Intended exclusively for the individual labelling of packages and pallets inside the vehicle.
- 250 x 250 mm (25 cm per side) – MAGNETIC version: The minimum mandatory standard required for maritime transport (IMDG Code) and rail transport (RID). This size is also fully approved for road lorries in Europe.
- Size 300 x 300 mm (30 cm per side) – MAGNETIC version: The most commonly used and recommended dimensions for lorries and road tankers in Europe, offering maximum visibility on motorways.Powerful anisotropic magnet 65g/cm2
Our magnets for transport vehicles attach securely to any ferrous steel surface (suitable vehicle bodies, metal backing plates).
Unlike permanent adhesive vinyl labels, you can attach, remove and reposition them as often as you like. Adapt your hazard signage in a matter of seconds depending on the chemical being transported or when the lorry is travelling empty.Durability and high outdoor resistance
All our printed magnetic labels are coated with a protective UV-resistant laminate.
They are fully resistant to the elements, splashes and harsh road conditions, ensuring that colours and pictograms remain perfectly intact for several years.
