Non-continuous magnetisation, double-sided neodymium magnetic bar. The magnetic bar sticks to any ferrous metal surface. You can move it and reposition it elsewhere.
This magnetic bar is very powerful: we use 4 or 8 very large and very powerful neodymium magnets, which we insert into a hollow aluminium bar. Each magnet has a pull-out force of 24.5 kg.
This magnetic bar can be used to support heavy tools, but also as a means of hanging objects or banners.
WARNING: Risk of bruising or pinching. This bar is very powerful and must be handled with care.
We strongly recommend wearing safety gloves when installing a neodymium magnetic bar, as it has an attraction range of approximately 20 cm.
Handle the magnetic bar with care, especially near metal objects.
Dimensions of the non-continuous magnetisation magnetic bar:
Choose between two lengths: 50 cm or 1 m.
The 50 cm bar contains four 40 x 20 x 10 mm neodymium magnets, while the 1 m bar contains eight magnets. The magnets are evenly distributed along the entire length of the bar.
Height: 25 mm
Thickness: 15 mmAssembled in France
We cut the aluminium profiles to the dimensions of the bar and insert neodymium magnets. The ends of the aluminium magnetic bar are closed with resin plugs.
Cutting and assembly are carried out in our workshop in Sassenage, near Grenoble.
On request, we can produce neodymium magnetic bars of different lengths, or with pre-drilled holes for screwing.{Lien050}for your customisable magnetic bar projects. Magnetic power of the discontinuous magnetic bar
Unlike many ferrite magnetic bars available on the market, we use neodymium magnets, which are extremely powerful in relation to their size.
These magnets are evenly distributed along the entire length of the bar.
Neodymium magnets are made of an alloy of iron, boron and rare earth elements, which is currently the alloy offering the highest magnetic power.
Each magnet has a pull force of 24.5 kg and a slip force of approximately 2.5 kg. If you use this magnetic bar as a wall-mounted tool holder, the slip force is the reference value.
{Lien026}Other products in the magnetic bar range.
We offer continuous magnetic bars or screw-on magnetic bars in the same range.
We also sell a{Lien053}, which is lighter and more economical, for tools weighing 300 grams or less.
Another magnetic bar range: the{Lien054}. This magnetic strip can be bent and has double-sided magnetisation.
The magnetic rubber used contains neodymium particles, making it four times more powerful than conventional magnetic rubber.
